We are growing our organisation and as such are now looking for multiple Personal Care Assistants to join our team in Geelong, VIC. We are primarily looking for full-time team members but we are flexible and are also open to part-time and casual opportunities.

Make a real difference
As our newest Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day care of our residents in our homes.
Your key responsibilities will fall within a variety of different areas, such as:
- Continuous Improvement
- Customer Service
- Team Development
- Occupational Health and Safety
Our newest Personal Care Assistant
To thrive in this role, you will possess a Certificate III in Aged Care or higher and previous experience working in Residential Aged Care. You will also have knowledge of the Aged Care Quality standards.
Although not essential, demonstrated experience working as a Personal Care Assistant is highly desirable.
Crucial to your success is your positive attitude and collaborative approach to your work. You will be a highly caring and empathetic individual who is able to provide support and build effective relationships with our residents.
